Welcome to our cozy vacation rental! Our 75m² apartment "Quartier 2" in Uderns in the Zillertal can accommodate up to 7 people and has 2 separate bedrooms. The living area is equipped with a pull-out double sofa bed, on which additional guests can comfortably stay.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and there is also a separate toilet.

The living kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and various cooking utensils such as dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans.

The apartment also has a spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the beautiful view.

When is the check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is until 10:00 am. Later check-outs are only possible upon request.

Is there a ski room in the house?

Yes, we offer our guests a ski room with lockable ski boot dryers.

Are towels and bed linen included in the price?

Yes, towels and bed linen are provided and do not need to be brought along.

Are pets allowed?

We love dogs, but out of consideration for our other and future guests, pets unfortunately cannot come on holiday here.
